This vacation home sits in a very exclusive location in Marco located less than 2 blocks from Tigertail Beach! Our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home was just completely remodeled in 2018. The house offers over 2,400 sq ft of living space with all new furnishings throughout the home and large enclosed pool area.

There is a large Master King Suite with 40" TV, walk-in closet, custom tiled 2-person shower, and a separate free standing Japanese soaking tub to relax in.

The Living Room area is furnished with a large 60" TV, game table, large comfortable couch, and beautiful decor. The area opens up to the large enclosed Lanai and pool area. Just off the Living Room is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a 32" TV. Next to the Living Room you'll walk into the Kitchen and Dining Area with a bonus Living Area. This entire area is very large and open which has frequently been a favorite place in the home to entertain family and friends.

In the Kitchen Area, you'll find a large granite island, plenty of counter space, new modern appliances, a dining table for six+ people, kitchen island with sitting area, and bar area with a coffee maker and a separate beverage fridge.

The Kitchen Area all walks out into the Lanai Pool Area for quick serving. Next to the Kitchen/bonus living room area, you'll find a Four Season Room which provides privacy with its beautiful modern Barn doors. This room has a walk-in closet for when it its utilized as the 4th Bedroom along with a Queen pull out sofa sleeper. There is a 32" TV and a Granite bar in this room which also has a pass through window to the kitchen bar. The Four Season Room also opens to the Lanai Pool Area.

The 3rd Bedroom also sits just off the Kitchen/bonus living room area. This room has a 32" TV, large closet, a bathroom next door, and is closely connected to the Four Season Room. The 2nd Bathroom is located between the Four Seasons Room and 3rd Bedroom. It has been classically redone with a new granite vanity and new tile. The 4th bedroom offers 2 twin beds and is off the family room area.

There is also a large Laundry Room with a washer and dryer for your use located next to the Kitchen/bonus Living Area. Connected to the Laundry Room is an oversized 2+ stall garage.

The Pool Area is a fun and relaxing area for entertaining! The pool is great for all ages and ranges in depth from about 3.5 ft to 6 ft in the deep end. The Lanai (screen) Area completely encloses the pool and sitting area. There's a granite counter area for sitting along with a beverage fridge. There's a sitting area for early morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying an evening glass of wine while watching a sunset.

Connected to the Pool Area is a large deck with several lounging chairs to layout in the sun. The deck also has a newer propane grill for cooking burgers, steak, fresh fish, etc. The deck faces Southwest so you'll enjoy plenty of sun throughout the entire day and beautiful sunsets!

The deck leads down to our dock which is located on the canal. We have a variety of water toys for your use during your stay including kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and more! Launch them right from the dock and explore the calm water. You can even catch some fish right off the dock that include snapper, sheepshead, and many more!

Within our Garage you will find four adult bikes and a couple of kids bikes to cruise the Island. We also have a bike cart for carrying any gear and a kid cart to pull behind the bike if you have any young children.


Tigertail Beach has a playground, trails, rental equipment, and a restaurant. The Beach is endless and very popular for shelling and fishing area. We are also located very close to a variety of popular restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas, and much more!

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that!. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.

Vacation costs include rent, processing fee, departure clean fee, applicable taxes and damage deposit.   In addition, where applicable, the following may apply:  HOA or condo application fee, community or golf transfer fee, pool heat fee, electric overage fee, pet fee (per pet), additional cable fee plus taxes as applicable.

Owner may apply the damage deposit to satisfy any obligation of Guest(s) to Owner, Broker, or any third party including, without limitation, electric, telephone, additional cable, cleaning charges, missing or broken access devices, wire transfer or bank charges, taxes, and damages of any nature. Any remaining Damage Deposit balances will be refunded to Guest(s) after all final bills have been received by Owner (refunds may take approximately 60 days to allow for receipt of final bills). Any damages caused by Guest(s) or their guests may be deducted from the Damage Deposit but will not operate to limit Guest(s) liability for amounts exceeding the amount of the Damage Deposit. There may be a damage deposit waiver fee added to the rental agreement should it be offered for the property.

Guest(s) may, upon providing Broker with written notice by email, may cancel this Agreement (Cancellation). If Tenant(s) cancel this Agreement prior to the arrival date, Guest(s) shall be obligated to pay all rents, fees, and other payments paid, or to become due, pursuant to this agreement (other than the Damage Deposit) as liquidated damages for such Cancellation.  Guest(s) will be eligible for a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee provided that Broker, using efforts it deems reasonable in its sole discretion, places a replacement Guest(s) for the same rental period at the same rental rate (shorter periods and/or lower rent will result in a pro rata reduction of the refund). Owner and Broker shall not be responsible for any costs Guest(s) may incur for travel or other arrangements in the event of cancellation by Owner or Guest(s). Broker recommends that Guest(s) obtain travel interruption insurance but makes no representations regarding the scope of coverage under any such insurance policy.
